We stop at Sears Auto Center for an oil change. We are told that it is “kinda late for an oil change.” The salesman further states that he cannot keep the technicians beyond 7:00 pm so he cannot do an oil change for us today. He then refers us, and another customer also wanting an oil change, to Pep Boys down the street, as he believes they are open until 11:00 pm. Unfamiliar with Pep Boys, we decided to come back another time.
